MOTORCYCLE RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum rental period: 2 days.
For Indonesian Customers: Valid SIM C & KTP
For International Visitors: Passport, Valid Motorcycle Driving Licence & International Driving Permit (IDP), where required
Deposit / Security Deposit (Refundable) Foreign Nationals: Cash deposit of IDR 1,000,000–2,000,000, depending on the motorcycle type. Indonesian Citizens: Deposit based on agreement / document as collateral.
Motorcycles may only be used by the renter.
Motorcycles may not be lent to other parties.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage or loss of the motorcycle.

What is the minimum motorcycle rental period?

The minimum motorcycle rental period is 2 days. We also offer weekly and monthly rental packages at the best rates.

Can the motorcycle be delivered to a hotel or airport?

Yes, we provide motorcycle delivery and pick-up services directly to hotels, airports, or train stations according to your arrival schedule.

Can I rent a motorcycle for travel outside the city or province?

Motorcycle use depends on the agreed service area. Please confirm with our team via WhatsApp before traveling outside the city.

What happens if the motorcycle breaks down or is involved in an accident?

Contact our emergency assistance team immediately. We provide 24-hour assistance and motorcycle replacement in the event of technical issues.

Is there a daily mileage limit?

There is no mileage limit (unlimited mileage) as long as the motorcycle is used within the designated service area.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no hidden fees. Every rental includes a quality SNI-certified helmet and raincoat at no extra cost.

How can I make a payment?

Payment is easy and secure. You can pay in cash (COD upon motorcycle handover), via bank transfer, QRIS, or e-wallet.

When can I pick up and return the motorcycle?

Standard motorcycle handover hours are 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB. You can also request a special time according to your flight or travel schedule.
